Free with every listing

A point of sale that costs nothing and sets up in minutes.

Sell from the product list your listing already shows. Print receipts, keep stock honest and see what actually sells — all from your NearbyReview dashboard.

  • No hardware to buy
  • UPI, cash and card
  • Receipts from any printer
How it works

Three steps to your first receipt

  1. 01List your products

Add names, prices and stock in Inventory. They become tappable tiles at the till.

  2. 02Ring up a sale

Tap, adjust quantities, take a discount, pick cash, UPI or card. Tax is applied for you.

  3. 03Print the receipt

A clean slip with your name, address and footer. Stock drops the moment you charge.

What you get

Everything a counter needs, nothing it doesn't

Built for kiranas, cafés, salons that retail, pharmacies and anyone who rings up more than a handful of sales a day.

Works on any screen

A phone at the counter, a tablet on the wall or the laptop in the back office. Nothing to install.

Inventory with alerts

Set a stock count and a low-stock line. The till refuses to oversell and the dashboard flags what to reorder.

Insights that matter

Daily revenue, average ticket, top sellers and the cash-to-UPI split for the last 30 days, computed from real sales.

Tax done right

GST rate and label set per category. Prices can include or exclude tax; the receipt shows the split either way.

Quotes for the rest

Selling services too? The quotation maker sits next to the till and uses the same customer list.

Your data, your listing

Every sale is stored against your business and visible only to your account. Export any time.

Tuned per category

A chemist's till is not a café's

Tax rates, the words on the buttons, receipt footers and which tools you see are set for your category by the NearbyReview team, so the POS fits the trade without you configuring anything.

  • GST rate and label
  • Prices incl. or excl. tax
  • Cash / UPI / card order
  • Receipt footer
  • Product wording (dish, treatment, item)
  • POS, quotations or both

Questions about the free point of sale.

Need quotes instead?

Yes, for as long as your listing is live. There is no per-sale fee and no card reader to buy — you record what you sold and print or share the receipt.

No. The till sells what your listing already shows. Add a product or service to your listing and it appears at the counter; there is no second catalogue to maintain.

The tax rate, its label and whether your prices already include it are set for your category by the NearbyReview team, so a chemist and a café each get the right defaults. Every total is recalculated on our server from those settings, not from the browser.

Only for the products you ask it to. Give an item a stock count and each sale decrements it; leave it blank and the item never runs out. Restocking records what you paid, which is where the margin figure in Inventory comes from.

You void it, which is not the same thing. A voided sale stays in the ledger marked as voided, its stock goes back, and it drops out of every revenue figure — so the day's takings still reconcile to the till. The CSV export includes voided rows flagged.

Yes. Each listing has its own till, stock and sales; you pick which one you are working in from the dashboard. Nothing is shared between them.
