Visit the help centreWe read everything on weekdays, 9am to 7pm IST, and most messages get an answer within one working day. There are no ticket numbers and no bots in between.
If the listing is already yours, fix it yourself from the dashboard — it is faster than writing to us. If you have not claimed it yet, open the listing and use Claim this business first.
Write to us with a link to the review and what is wrong with it. A review comes down when it breaks the rules — no first-hand visit, abuse, or a competitor writing it — and not because it is unflattering. You can reply to any review in public in the meantime.
