Khichad Logistics is a pan-India freight and courier operation headquartered in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. Founded in 2020, it moves consignments across a network of booking points, hubs and franchise branches covering 50+ service locations, and reports 10,000+ monthly deliveries at a 99.8% on-time rate.

Transport runs across three modes. Surface transport covers full and part truck loads, express options and temperature-controlled vehicles on the major road routes. Air freight handles same-day and next-day shipments with priority handling and international coverage. Rail freight takes bulk cargo and container loads on scheduled departures. Around the freight itself the company offers warehousing with climate-controlled storage and inventory tracking, packaging, customs and export documentation, and e-commerce fulfilment including COD handling and returns.

Rates are published rather than quoted on the phone. Parcel delivery starts at ₹40 per 500 g for standard (3–5 business days), ₹80 for express (1–2 days) and ₹150 for same-day within city limits, with a zone-based rate card for surface and air lanes across the state, metro cities and the rest of India. Chargeable weight is the higher of actual and volumetric (L × B × H ÷ 5000), a 25% domestic fuel surcharge applies, and every shipment is insured.

Booking, tracking and invoicing run through the company's own customer portal, where clients raise consignments, print labels in bulk and manage credits and invoices.
