01How do I book a consignment?

Through the customer portal at khichadlogistics.com — create the shipment, print the label and schedule a pickup — or call +91 98204 25610 for counter booking.

02What does delivery cost?

Parcel rates start at ₹40 per 500 g for standard delivery, ₹80 for express and ₹150 for same-day within city limits. Freight is priced on the zone rate card by weight slab, before 18% GST.

03How is weight calculated?

Chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × breadth × height in cm ÷ 5000). Fractions above 100 g round up to the next kilogram.

04How do I track my shipment?

Enter the consignment number in the tracker on the site. Custody is recorded at every handover, so the status is live rather than reported.

05Are shipments insured?

Yes. Every shipment carries insurance — up to ₹5,000 on express and ₹10,000 on same-day — with additional cover at ₹10 per ₹1,000 of declared value.

06What can't you ship?

Cash, precious metals and jewellery, firearms, hazardous and flammable materials, narcotics, live animals, perishables without proper packaging and anything prohibited by law.

07Do you handle international shipments?

Yes — air freight covers international lanes, with customs clearance and export documentation handled in-house.

08Do you offer business pricing?

Volume discounts of up to 40% for 100+ monthly shipments, a dedicated account manager, custom rate cards and API integration for enterprise clients.
